AC went down on Thursday. Called our original installation company and was told they couldn’t come out for a service call until Tuesday. Called Heat Beaters and they worked me into their schedule for Friday. I had the entire unit replaced new with an installation day on Tuesday.
Amazing service. I had a problem with my A/C not cooling the upstairs. I called and spoke to Matt and he said he would have a technician out within the hour. 20 mins later, Joe was at mt door to fix the issues. They got the issue resolved the same day and this was 5:00 in the afternoon.
